US SHIPPING

All items shipped within the USA are insured. If you do not receive your order, we will reship it to you at no additional cost. If your order’s tracking number shows it was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we will not replace/reship. Your home/business security is not something we can insure. If you have problems receiving your orders and we have to replace your items more than once, it is up to Seedlys whether or not to replace them. We have never had an issue with anyone not receiving their orders by mail.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We do not offer combined shipping. Please don’t ask. The shipping cost for orders totaling less than $100 will be $5. We offer free shipping to anyone whose cart totals $100 or more.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We cannot guarantee that packages shipped outside the United States will arrive on time. We currently only ship to the US and Canada. What happens to your order once it reaches your country’s customs is beyond our control. You should check with your country’s laws and policies regarding seeds. If your country taxes your order and/or charges you for pickup of your shipment, that is your responsibility. If your country doesn’t allow the shipment of seeds, you are taking a risk with your order and payment. We will not reship/refund orders that have been seized by customs.
