Shipping Policy

US SHIPPING
All orders shipped within the United States are sent through USPS and include USPS-provided tracking and insurance coverage where applicable.
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by USPS, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace, reship, or refund orders that USPS tracking confirms were successfully delivered.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Check with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, or mailrooms that may have accepted the package on your behalf.
- Contact your local USPS office to request GPS delivery confirmation and additional delivery details.
- If you believe the package was lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery, file a Missing Mail or Lost/Stolen Mail claim directly with USPS.
Please note that once USPS has successfully delivered a package, we have no control over the security of the delivery location. We cannot be responsible for theft, porch piracy, unsecured mailboxes, apartment mailrooms, shared delivery areas, or any other circumstances that occur after a package has been delivered. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that mail can be received securely at the shipping address provided.
You can begin the claims process through the USPS website by providing your tracking information and shipment details. When describing the contents of the package, simply indicate that it contained seeds and provide the purchase value of the items. USPS will review the claim and, if approved, will process compensation directly through their claims system.
While instances of packages being marked as delivered but not received are extremely rare, USPS is the appropriate party to investigate and resolve any delivery-related issues once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered.

COMBINED SHIPPING
We do not offer combined shipping. Please don’t ask. The shipping cost for orders totaling less than $150 will be $6. We offer free shipping to anyone whose cart totals $150 or more.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We cannot guarantee that packages shipped outside the United States will arrive on time. We currently only ship to the US. What happens to your order once it reaches your country’s customs is beyond our control. You should check with your country’s laws and policies regarding seeds. If your country taxes your order and/or charges you for pickup of your shipment, that is your responsibility. If your country doesn’t allow the shipment of seeds, you are taking a risk with your order and payment. We will not reship/refund orders that have been seized by customs.
