US Shipping

All items shipped within the USA are insured. If you do not receive your order, we will reship it for you. If your order shows it was delivered in your tracking information, we will not replace/reship. Your home/business security is not something we can insure. If you have problems receiving your orders and we have to replace your items more than once, it is up to Seedlys whether or not to replace them.

International Shipping

We cannot guarantee any packages being shipped out of the United States. We will ship just about anywhere, but what happens to your order when it comes to your country’s customs, is out of our hands. You should check with your country’s laws and policies regarding seeds. If your country taxes your order and/or charges you to pick up your shipment, that is your responsibility. If your country doesn’t allow the shipment of seeds, then you are taking a chance with your order and your payment. We will not reship/refund orders that have been seized by customs.
