Blue Grapesicle (Feminized Seeds)

Lineage: Blue Ice × Joker Juice 11

A cool-toned fruit hybrid, its essence captured in a frosted resin, offers a depth reminiscent of a candy shop.

Blue Grapesicle is a lively, flavor-packed hybrid. It marries the icy berry punch of Blue Ice with the effervescent resin output and the vivid fruit profile of Joker Juice 11. The result is a feminized seed line, a creation that presents an icy, sweet, and deeply fragrant profile. It’s precisely the sort of cultivar that commands attention, whether in the garden or once it’s been harvested and cured.

From the outset, Blue Grapesicle exhibited a pristine structure and a robust, self-assured growth pattern. The leaves are large, with a hint of serration, and the stems begin to thicken quite early. Lateral branches then spread out evenly, resulting in a naturally symmetrical canopy. Blue Ice imparts a chilly, almost ethereal quality, fostering smooth, even development. Joker Juice 11, on the other hand, contributes a more pronounced structure, a robust resin production, and a more complex, captivating perfume.

Aroma & Terpene Profile: Grape Popsicle, Blueberry Syrup, and Frosted Candy Sweetness

Blue Grapesicle smells precisely like you’d expect. It’s a refreshing, fruity mix of grape-flavored candy and berry syrup, all encased in a frosty, sweet coating.

At the outset of flowering, the plant exudes vibrant grape-popsicle aromas—sharp, sugary, and reminiscent of simpler times. The underlying blueberry notes, courtesy of Blue Ice, lend the scent a fuller, more complex character.

As the cycle unfolds, Joker Juice 11 plays a role:

A sweet, sugary shell.

A whisper of the tropics.

A gentle resinous quality underpins the fruit flavors.

By the time the flowers are in full bloom, the air is perfumed with a heady mix: frozen grape ice, a swirl of mixed-berry syrup, and the sweetness of soft candy glaze. Once cured, the character transforms, becoming smoother, rounder, and more harmonious. Think sweet cherry, candied grape, a hint of resin, and subtle floral notes.

How It Grows – Balanced, Colorful, and Resin-Stacked Vegetative Behavior & Canopy Shape

Blue Grapesicle unfolds at a leisurely pace. The plant’s structure is a well-proportioned frame, featuring internodes that are neither too loose nor too tight. This makes it well-suited for both carefully managed indoor environments and the full exposure to outdoor sunlight. Keeping leaves vibrant and thriving is surprisingly easy.

Training options that consistently yield positive results include:

Topping

LST

Mainlining

Soft trellising.

These approaches help establish a wide, even canopy, which then facilitates the formation of many buds later in the growth cycle.

Flowering Expression & Color Potential

Flowering begins with the early formation of resin, which soon coats the bracts with a sugary layer. Color changes are normal, especially when temperatures drop at night. Lavender, plum, and blue colors often develop between weeks six and eight.

The stretch factor, which is between 1.4 and 1.6 times, allows for significant cola development without taking up too much vertical space. Indoors, the process typically wraps up within eight to nine weeks. Harvest season outdoors usually falls between late September and early October.

Frosted Candy Buds: A Cool-Toned Visual Treat Bud Structure and Aesthetic Appeal

Blue Grapesicle showcases tightly packed, spherical buds. These are adorned with artistic calyx stacking and a thick layer of glossy trichomes. Many genotypes acquire subtle lavender or grape-colored highlights, which improve the visual appeal of the cultivar.

Expect:

Frosted, compact buds.

Blue, purple, and plum embellishments.

The resin was thick.

A nose of ripe fruit.

Freshly chopped, then cured – the bag appeal is undeniable.

Production Strength

The combination of its well-structured branching and effective bud formation contributes to yields that are consistently good, often exceeding expectations. Because resin is produced in large amounts across many different varieties, it’s a good choice for applications involving aromatic oils.

Why Grow Blue Grapesicle?

Blue Grapesicle offers a captivating combination: the refreshing sweetness of berries, the scent of grape candy, and a dense, syrupy resin. It’s all contained within a plant structure that’s simple for growers to manage, from training to harvest. The experience culminates in a vivid display of color and fragrance, ensuring its place as a really exceptional selection for any garden.

For cultivators after a feminized hybrid that’s a real treat for the senses, both in taste and appearance, Blue Grapesicle is a standout choice.

100% germination on all 13 packs I purchased. You heard right, 100% out of all 13 packs. Never going back to greenpoint again. I don’t know what they’re doing over there, or why anyone would pay more for the same seeds. And when you buy here at Seedly’s, you are supporting the breeder. When you buy here, the breeder gets his fair share. The other seed banks call themselves breeder direct, but that’s not true. They are buying their seeds from someone else. At Seedly’s, they’re made in-house.

    Pros:

    All germinated

    Cons:

    None
