Cash & Money Order Payment Policy

If you choose to pay by cash or money order, payment should be mailed immediately after placing your order.

Combined Orders

We do not combine separate orders for payment or shipping.

If you place multiple orders, each order must be paid in full individually, including any applicable shipping charges. Because we are a small operation, combining orders requires significant manual processing and is not a service we offer.

Please do not request combined payments or combined shipping for cash or money order purchases.

Payment Deadline

Payment must be received within 7 business days of placing your order.

Orders that have not been paid within this timeframe will be automatically canceled.

Repeated Unpaid Orders

We understand that plans can change from time to time. However, repeatedly placing cash or money order orders without sending payment makes it difficult for us to manage inventory and process orders efficiently.

If your account accumulates more than four (4) canceled cash or money order orders or more than four (4) unpaid cash or money order orders, your privilege to pay by cash or money order will be permanently revoked. Future orders must be paid using one of our accepted electronic payment methods.
