Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within three hundred sixty-five (365) days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service atย [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandiseย Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original or similar packaging, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.ย We will not be responsible for returns that are lost or seized.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and conducting an investigation, we will process yourย return or exchange. Please allow at leastย seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process yourย return or exchange.
Refund Process
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed or if any issues arise with your return.

Returns and Refunds made over the phone are processed much faster, and you have a better chance of getting your return processed if you call us at +1-307-423-9834 first and review your options.
All Returns and Refunds must be approved by customer support first. It is far easier to complete the entire process over the phone instead of sending in pictures via snail mail and hoping your return/refund gets processed.
Seeds come from a plant, and unfortunately, no plant is perfect. Please keep this in mind when considering your situation.
ABOUT CUSTOMS
We cannot guarantee that any packages shipped out of the United States will arrive. We will ship to just about anywhere, but what happens to your order once it reaches your country’s customs is out of our hands. You should check with your country’s laws and policies regarding seeds. If your country doesn’t allow the shipment of seeds, you are taking a risk with your order and payment. We will not refund orders that customs have seized. We will not reship orders that customs have seized. Period.
GERMINATION
Since we opened, we have not received a single complaint about germinating our seeds (as long as the process was done correctly). Germinating seeds is simple, but it can just as easily be messed up by someone who doesn’t know what they are doing. Before you germinate your seeds, please use the internet to learn how to germinate seeds properly. Germinating your seeds correctly will give you 100% germination results. Throwing the seeds in dirt and watering them with a hose will give you mixed results.
Please take all of this into consideration before you get upset with us because you had problems with your seeds. If everyone else is having 100% success and you are having issues, it is most likely an issue with your germination and/or storage techniques.
Only one (1) Return/Refund is accepted per year. We will not process more than one (1) Return/Refund per customer calendar year.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without any explanation.
